		<description>I am encouraged by what you describe of his position on public services.  The dogmatic &quot;no&quot; that appeared from the manifesto and a subsequent interview worried me no end.  I slightly disagree with you on it being an issue for health - I think there are ways of creating local commissioning whilst still having insurance that would be, for example, portable between localities.  There is no way that a massive state monopoly should be replaced with a massive private monopoly, so giving localities the ability to innovate gets round that at least partly.</description>
