It's a shame really that the problem can't be shared around a bit. When I was at school, I was ridiculously thin. It's taken years of stuffing my face to get to my slightly overweight state today. I would have thought though that one of the advantages of being fat is that the bullies just bounce off. Being thin meant being in a state of considerable and prolonged fear. My school contained a number of boys since convicted for murder. Well in fairness, I think we should probably just shoot Jamie Oliver anyway.
