You should have to show that they are doing what you say in the courts naturally. What is unnerving about this is that its activist pressure. But that's the same as phone masts. Or Greenpeace protesting about the pollution that might be caused by something they disapprove of. Hmmm. Perhaps they're taking one of those great British traditions to heart - NIMBYism...
