Come on james - by-elections don’t come along as often as they used to - it’s natural that we Lib dems will get a bit excited ;-)

There’s nothing wrong with being excited, but in my view having four buttons there, all animated, is distracting and is undermining the purpose that they are there to do.

Bottom line: I think it is getting us fewer activists to Ealing and Southall, than it would if there were fewer, more effective buttons. That’s all.

They’ve obviously listened to you, James. There are five by-election buttons there now!

PS. I don’t think the phrase “less is more” is in the LibDem by-election lexicon! That’s far too subtle! ;-)

Belay that pipe - I can’t count - which is why I am a Finance manager! (was counting the 4p one)

“They’ve obviously listened to you, James. There are five by-election buttons there now!”

    - I can also see five buttons. At this rate there will be seven buttons by the election day! ;-)

You’ll be pleased to know that the trial of having six smaller “I’ve been to…” buttons was not considered a success…

Don’t say we never listen though - there are now only three!

To exclude by-election buttons, just put ‘&exclude=342-346-347′ in your button feed code and they will all disappear!

I don’t want to get rid of all of them! Goodness, you try and make a helpful suggestion…
