At some point her audience has to decide whether they have been convinced by her arguments or not - she can accept the system of rules which have been agreed beforehand and play accordingly, but she loses her dignity when she whines after the event that they aren't fair just because she successfully deluded herself into thinking she has a divine right to win all the time!
