		<description>To solve the housing crisis does not (necessarily) require LVT. The problem could just as (perhaps more) easily be solved by a substantial increase in the tax on property speculation. Something like 'any property sold within three years of its acquisition attracts 50% tax' might put an end to the parasitic 'property developers'. If not then our new Great Leader Brown could simply sit on them :P</description>
