Jelly bellied flag flapper

The blogosphere appears to have rechristened Gordon Brown today after his speech to the Fabians on Saturday as a jelly bellied flag flapper.

Interestingly, this idea appears to have spontaneously come from both Jonathan Calder and Dave Langford. Needless to say, ultimate credit goes to Rudyard Kipling.
